Ashtanga Intro Workshop

This 2hr workshop is a great way to start your ashtanga yoga practice.

You learn the fundamentals of the practice (breath, bandhas, drishti) and a small sequence that you can then comfortably bring it into the mysore room or keep practicing it at home.

The price includes unlimited classes the following week so that you can practice what you learned.

A great class for beginners, for those who are transitioning from other yoga disciplines or those who have already been introduced to the Ashtanga method but appreciate reinforcing the fundamentals.
