ASHTANGA YOGA

All asana classes are limited to 10 students.

The traditional way to learn and practice ashtanga vinyasa.
In a Mysore room, each student learns the sequence at their own pace, level and unique circumstances, with individual support & guidance from the teacher, in an atmosphere that promotes a meditative state.
In the Self-Practice or Mysore room, each student learns & practices the series at their own pace, level and unique circumstances, with individual support and guidance from the teacher, while held by the energy of the group. Read more …Beginners are welcome.

In a led class the teacher guides the entire group through the sequence, or part of it, at the same pace.
In this class you will be gently guided through the sun salutations, the first part of Ashtanga Primary Series adapted and modified as needed, and a closing sequence with breath (pranayama).
It is a great class for beginners as well as those who have already been introduced to the Ashtanga method, but appreciate more guidance and instruction.

This class begins with an intermediate pranayama practice, followed by the traditional counted Full Primary Sequence, and finishes with a heart focus meditation.
A solid asana practice is highly recommended. -
Pranayama, a foundational practice of Yoga, is the art of paying attention to our breath; of lengthening, expanding, or directing it, in order to develop our vital energy (prana), quiet our minds and reach deeper levels of peace.

An online space to start the week breathing together for 15min, creating a loving-kindness field to regulate our individual & collective nervous system.

Held every 6 weeks, on the Sunday closest to Cross-Quarters, with the intention of developing conscious awareness of thecyclical nature of life that takes place within and without.
We share the practice of Two Stage breathwork, a healing modality that helps us dissolve the protective layers around our heart and release emotional blockages to reconnect with the deepest source of healing—Love.
We start the circle with a symbolic dose of Cacao with the intention of connecting with and opening our Heart.
