What community members say:

I started practicing yoga with this community in 2018. I was afraid of being too old to start. Today the community feels like belonging to a family. Over 5 years my yoga practice has enhanced my emotional health and supported my back pain. Ary | Colombian | Age 67 | Grandmother.

“In Ashtanga you are here and now. There is you, your breath, and your body. For me, the practice of Ashtanga Yoga has become truly healing, not only for my body but, above all, for my mind. And it continues to be so. Katia | Russian | Age 38yrs old | Body & Massage Therapist.

“As a dedicated runner, I initially turned to Ashtanga yoga to ease the tension in my muscles, but what I discovered went beyond physical flexibility. Through consistent practice, I have developed a deeper body-mind connection and have learned valuable lessons in patience. I am profoundly grateful to Veronica, Ravi & Jorge for their guidance on this journey.” Marco | Italian | Age 29
