Ashtanga Yoga:
deepening your practice
A 3 day immersion for ashtanga yoga practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of the practice and bring greater awareness into their lives.
Why do we practice? Why do we spend hours on the mat repeating the same sequence? What lies behind this practice. How does my practice inform my life and viceversa?
We will walk with these questions over 3 days as we deepen our understanding of the origin, core principles and fundaments of the practice, and analyse & demo the practice, progressively moving through different families of asana in the Primary Series.
The intention of the space is to ignite our inspiration to keep showing up on our mat, again and again, allowing our practice to keep inform our daily life.
