WHAT TO EXPECT

The session starts with sharing a cup of cacao or tea*, which we will drink together with respect and intention, setting up our prayers as we open the space.

*Please take a moment before we meet to prepare your own cup - cacao or your favorite tea

We will then tune into our cyclic nature through guided meditation, followed by sharing and breathing together. Every time we gather, we create a container that is actual, relevant to the season, and welcoming.

Everyone is welcome, sharing is optional.
