A great way to start your Ashtanga Yoga practice.

Whether you are new to yoga, transitioning from other discipline or have already been introduced to the Ashtanga method but appreciate reinforcing the fundamentals, this workshop is a great option.

In a small group you will learn and experience:

  • The foundational aspects of the practice,

  • A short asana (movement) sequence adapted for you.

  • A short breathing sequence to support your nervous system.

  • The calming and strengtheing effects of ashtanga yoga.

  • 2 weeks of free classes are included for you to practice what you learn.

You will finish the course with a taste of the benefits that the practice has to offer, and with the curiosity and motivation to welcome it into your own routine.
