QUEER YOGA

A space for queer folks to experience safety in their bodies, soothe the nervous system, and cultivate mental clarity through by breath, mindfulness and gentle movement.

In this space, students will develop and explore the tools of yoga that support nervous system regulation, adapted to their individual needs. 

It is open to all levels, including beginners.

The focus will be on:

  • Safe movement of the body, to promote strength and nourishment of body and mind.

  • Cultivating internal awareness of the body and mind.

  • Developing empowerment and agency through choice making.

  • Creating space to connect and build therapeutic community within the group.
