An opportunity to give and receive the light & joy of energy healing, in community.

Reiki is an incredibly high vibrational and transformational, yet gentle, form of energy channeling.

In this session, Reiki Master-Teacher Lauren Rhodes will guide you through a traditional Reiki meditation to cleanse & purify the aura, preparing you to receive Reiki energy. You will then receive "Reiju," a temporary attunement that will empower you to transmit healing energy for the session. Finally, you will receive a group Reiki healing session of approximately 10-15 minutes. The session will close with a grounding exercise. 

Open to all those interested in receiving and learning more about Reiki. No previous experience is needed; although folks who have completed Reiki training in the past are encouraged to join!

Lauren is a Reiki Master-Teacher trained in the traditional lineage of Usui Reiki. She completed her Reiki training in Japan and Thailand, and has been a Master-Teacher for 16 years. For more information about her work click here.
