The Womb Temple offers a sacred space, open to all adult women of all ages, where we can connect to our Heart-Womb and with each other, raising awareness of the cyclical nature of life that exists within and without us.

Held every 12 weeks between Equinoxes & Solstices, the space is guided by the spirit of Cacao and supported by ritual, conscious movement, self-inquiry, sharing & witnessing,

Each Temple we explore the significance of the current phase that Mother Earth is in, how it relates to our own cyclical being and how it has or is manifesting in our lives.

Follow up sessions:
By invitation (or application) only. Optional 2 follow up group sessions are held to deepen the process and integrate past wounds that related to that specific phase in our lives.

Resignifying Menarchy

Menarche is when we have our first period.

How we experience it sets the tone for the belief system with which we, maybe unconsciously, understand ourselves as women and how we relate to the world around us.

In many ancient traditions, our ancestors celebrated this crucial threshold as a rite of passage. In the patriarchal system that we currently live in, that sifnificance has been distorted. Most of us learned to shame, suffer, hide or suppress our menarche and our bleeding, with consequences that go beyond our individual life.

This Circle invites you to remember and embrace your Menarche, within a journey to resignify your menstrual cycle as part of your inner guidance system.
