Yin and Yoga Nidra

This class offers a harmonious blend of practices designed to ease tension and restore balance.
It begins with gentle yin yoga, releasing tension and promoting energy flow throughout the body. Followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation that induces deep rest and restoration.
Amanda or Nick will offer gentle, hands-on Reiki during Savasana.
This class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for those seeking deep relaxation and healing for the body, mind and spirit.
